We are a group of enthusiastic individuals who love the art of storytelling through cinematic visuals.
Nimitta was founded by four creators who believe that strong visuals begin with strong ideas.

Rooted in Kolkata, India, we draw inspiration from Indic art, culture, and mythology, blending it with modern CGI animation and visual effects. Though we are a small team, we are driven by skilled and passionate artists who focus on quality, detail, and emotion in every frame.

We collaborate on films, independent projects, and creative experiments, constantly pushing our visual language forward. Nimitta also welcomes CG artists and concept artists who wish to collaborate and turn creative ideas into short films and visual stories.
